10 Bible Scavenger Hunt Riddles
Look
around the Church and find the names of the 10 people from the Bible that match
the description below. We have included a Bible verse under each answer to tell you
where in the Church to find the answers if you need a clue. Write the answers
on the line. When you have found all 10 names return it to the table for a prize.
1. With a rock and with a sling he killed a
giant and became king
Mathew 7:7 “Ask, and it shall be given you;
seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you.”
2. Going to Nineveh was something he didn’t
wish to do. The person who ended up in a fish’s bell was who?
Galatians 3:27 “For as many
of you as were baptized into Christ have put on Christ.”
3. This man was created out of earth. Only
person of whom a woman didn’t give birth.
Jeremiah 52:32 “He

And so he decided to climb a sycamore tree.

5. He lived on a boat as the water started to

honey he fed. Eventually he died after losing his head.

9. Became a follower of Jesus as to Damascus
he went. He wrote half the books in the New Testament.
2 Timothy 3:16 “All
Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and
training in righteousness”
10. I don’t know him, I don’t know him, I don’t
know him he said. Yet the early church is who he led.
Psalm 149:1 “Praise
the LORD. Sing to the LORD a new song, his praise in the assembly of his
